The 2021 Scarecrow Classic Virtual Brain Challenge Series be held from October 16, 2021 through November 20, 2021. This Virtual event, hosted by the Brain Injury Association of Maryland (BIAMD) will rally survivors, families, friends, and supporters around the common goal of raising awareness about brain injury within the community and providing much needed funding to support the programs and initiatives of BIAMD.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR VIRTUAL RUN
- Register for the for the Scarecrow Classic Virtual Brain Challenge Series and complete a 1 Mile Walk/Run, 5K/10K anytime anywhere. Simply run or walk 1, 3.1 or 6.2 miles any time and any place that works for you. In your neighborhood, your favorite trail, or even on a treadmill!
- We will ship your official Scarecrow Classic Virtual Brain Challenge Series shirt, finisher medal, and your 2021 Brain Challenge Medallion (This year, the Occipital Lobe.)
- After you complete your 1, 3.1 or 6.2 miles, share your accomplishment and the good you’re doing by posting pictures to social media. Show off in your new shirt, and/or wearing your medal, and be sure to use #ScarecrowBrainChallenge2021 when you post your pictures for a chance to win other cool prizes!

With the generous assistance of our supporters and volunteers, The Maryland Brain Injury Connection Center (1.800.221.6443) is able to provide resources, education, and assistance to Marylanders with a brain injury, their families, and the healthcare providers who serve them, all free of charge.
